Area Guide

We currently operate vacation rentals in Gulf Shores Alabama, Perdido Key Florida, Inlet Beach Florida (30A area next to Rosemary Beach), and Highlands North Carolina.

3 of our condos are located in Gulf Shores Alabama.  They are centrally located within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and many of the dining establishments, downtown festivals, and shopping and the Gulf State Pier.  Gulf Shores is brimming with Southern hospitality, featuring one-of-a-kind attractions like championship golf, nature trails, water sports, and amusement parks (like the well-known Waterville USA). Gulf Shores gives you plenty to do for your next beach family vacation or romantic weekend getaway along the Gulf area. Whether you’re in the mood for fun and adventure or lazy days on the beach, you can do it all in Gulf Shores. Stroll hand-in-hand along the sugar-white sand as you reconnect with your partner or hear your children gasp with wonder when they spot frolicking dolphins on a dolphin cruise. If you’re craving an adventure location experience, cast your line into one of the country’s largest artificial fishing reefs during a deep-sea fishing trip. Discover history and travel back in time when cannons protected the waterways and explore the nearly 200-year-old Fort Morgan.  At the heart of the island, Gulf State Park has more than 6,000 protected acres and a host of amenities: serving as the perfect hub for biking activities. The Hugh Branyon Backcountry Trail, designated as a National Recreational Trail, includes more than 25 miles of pathways through the park and beyond, from Orange Beach to Gulf Shores.

We operate one condo in Perdido Key Florida which is just pass the Florida/Alabama line.  Perdido Key meaning “Lost Island” in Spanish, is the perfect place to get lost from the hustle and bustle and unwind! Located just past Orange Beach, less than 2 miles from the Florabama. A short drive down to Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan. Moments away are some of the best restaurants serving local cuisine and live music, the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola, home to the Blue Angels, the Navy’s flight demonstration team. Minutes from the Gulf Islands National Seashore where you can walk for miles along uninhabited natural seashore. Near the Lost Key Golf Club’s championship course designed by the Arnold Palmer. When you’re ready to venture off the resort, you’ll find plenty of entertainment whether you’re looking to dine out, shop, or play golf! We’ve got it all!

We offer a studio condo in Inlet Beach Florida on the 30A coridor.  This condo is next door to Rosemary Beach.  Inlet Beach is a true beach lover’s paradise. Old-meets-new here, as cozy cottages elicit an Old Florida feel, while modern accommodations, new restaurants and high-end shopping bring a new energy to this carefree beach neighborhood. You might spend the day exploring local boutiques and specialty shops at 30Avenue, an open-air lifestyle center with wide-open green space for events, before settling down for a bite to eat. Grab a laid-back bite at The Donut Hole, an authentic Neapolitan pizza at amici 30A Italian Kitchen or meet friends at Shades Bar & Grill, an elevated sports bar that serves as the community watering hole. If fresh Gulf seafood, live music and an award-winning wine list tempt you, look no further than Cuvee 30A, and if you’re feeling nostalgic for Inlet Beach’s original special occasion dining location The Terrace Restaurant is a can’t miss. Recently added tasty options at The Shoppes at Inlet include the coffee and donut offerings of Café Aroma, and the fresh sushi and delicious ramen served at Shaka Sushi and Noodle Bar.
