*This condo is a smoke free condo. No Smoking or Vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented.
**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and cell number for texting or a contact number. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.
*** Guests are required to provide credit card information for a security deposit. A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card. The security hold will be released if there are no damages when you depart after housekeeping has a chance to inspect the unit.
***If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase The Cancel for Any Reason Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.
**** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise during your stay.
NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. There will be no refund for interruptions in Wi-Fi Service.

About the Owner
My name is Rebekah McGee and my husband is Sean. We own and self manage our 9 vacation rentals at McGee Rentals. We reside in New Iberia, Louisiana (Cajun Country) near our young adult children. Our daughter Gabi her husband Michael and our grandson Bennett, and our son Nick. All of our lives we have vacationed along the Gulf Coast because of it’s close proximity to Louisiana and the beautiful white sandy beaches. I also own and operate a Real Estate Brokerage in Louisiana McGeeScott Realty and my husband Sean is a General Contractor. We have accumulated several rental homes over the years and thought it would be fun to venture out to Vacation Rentals. We have always taken pride in our rent homes, going above and beyond to assure they are maintained and in pristine condition. We began purchasing beach condos in Gulf Shores Alabama in 2018. This is our first Vacation Rental on Okaloosa Island but our 9th Vacation Rental to Date! We strive to offer the same level of quality and Southern hospitality to all of our guests! Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

This is not the same insurance that is offered through Airbnb or VRBO. It is offered through Rental Guardian and offers a more comprehensive policy than the other booking websites.
