New to the Rental Market!  We are Owners, Not investors. We self manage all of our vacation rentals so you will be dealing directly with us! No answering services or messaging centers. We own and operate our vacation rentals and take pride in providing the highest quality and southern hospitality to our guests!  You will receive my personal cell number to contact directly with any questions you may have. We will do our best to exceed all of your expectations!  

Located in one of the newest complexes on the Gulf Coast, The Lighthouse offers amenities like none other in the area. Our guests enjoy two oversized zero entry pools with fountains perfect for little ones to play in. Hot tubs on both ends of the Gulf facing property, a BBQ grilling area, and a Gulf Front workout facility that allows for breathtaking view while completing a workout or relaxing in the sauna.

Unit 703 is located on the 7th floor and provides floor to ceiling glass with panoramic views of the sandy white beaches and the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico as far as the eye can see!

Inside, our open floor plan offers beach views from the kitchen and living room, as well as the Master Suite! Our smart floor plan allows additional guests to settle in our cozy bunk room with twin over full bunks. Or the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.   There is an additional full bath located directly across the hall from the bunk room to accommodate larger families.

Our guests enjoy flat screen smart TV’s in the living room, master bedroom and bunk room as well.  The bunk room TV has a Built in DVD player.  We provided DVD players for the living area and master bedroom too.  Our keyless entry system is designed for easy access for all guests. We send you the door code the day before your arrival. No more losing keys or juggling trips back up to the condo!

Balcony access from the Master Suite allows guests to enjoy an early morning sunrise or a breathtaking evening sunset from the comfort of our King-sized bed. Off the Master Suite you will pass through a dressing area with double vanity sinks and a walk in closet before entering the master bath complete with a full size, jetted, Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.

In the Kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal including small and large appliances, a crock pot, a rice cooker, a knife block, dinnerware, cookware, utensils and most importantly a blender, Kureig, and a regular coffee maker!

For your convenience we have a full size washer and dryer and iron/ironing board inside the condo and wireless internet is always complimentary.

You must purchase a parking pass from the office for an additional fee upon arrival. One parking pass will be good throughout your stay. The cost for the parking pass is subject to change as per the HOA. You are allowed to purchase up to two parking passes. 
Check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 10 AM.

All guests will be required to provide a copy of their Drivers License or acceptable ID, provide an email address and digitally sign our rental agreement, and provide a cell number to receive texted door code and other important information. This information will be needed to complete your booking process.

**An additional layer of security and to ensure our common areas are maintained and used for our guests only, guests ages 12 and older will be required to wear wristbands inside our gated common areas. Wristbands are picked up from the office when you purchase your parking pass

Internet Fireplace Near Ocean Hot Tub

Located in The Village of South Walton, this Studio condo overlooks scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach.  It has been completely remodeled with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps up to 4 adults but could accommodate up to 5 with small kids.  There is a cozy King size Bed and one set of custom built bunks with a trundle. The condo features an electric fireplace for ambiance and a mounted 65 inch smart Roku TV.  The Kitchenette has all the amenities you need to prepare a quick meal or snack.  It is stocked with a 2 burner hot plate, Crock Pot, Rice cooker, Keurig, regular coffee pot, blender, microwave, Toaster Oven/Air fryer, dishes and an apartment size refrigerator. We provide 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

On the first floor of our building there is an onsite Laundromat with Credit card operated Speed Queen Washers and Dryers for guest use.  You will also have access from inside our condo to the shared balcony that overlooks the pool area. Such a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine and listen to the live music at Peddlers Pavillion!

All guests will have access to our Resort Style pools. 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills are available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave this Coastal Retreat.

The location couldn’t be better! Enjoy live music and easy access for bike rentals at Peddler’s Pavillion, as well as all of the amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer, you can park your car and never have to get back in it until it is time to leave. There is plenty to do, see, and eat! Hang out on the beach, take a long run, walk or bike ride along 30A's charming 18-mile sidewalk. There is a fabulous Farmer's Market on the weekend where you can select fresh local fruits, produce, and honey. Nearby beachside communities such as Seagrove, Seaside, WaterColor, and Santa Rosa Beach are just minutes away. The Village is also conveniently located 20 minutes from Panama City Beach. This 30A vacation rental is a great choice for a romantic stay for two, a small family vacation, or a small group of friends looking for a quick getaway!

Beach access is Super easy.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. There is a Tram that can also drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk.  The complimentary tram runs regularly on a 20-minute schedule to the beach, pools, and shops. Amenity Wristbands are found inside of the unit. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the new resort pools at The Village as well as the private beach access and the Village tram.

The entire condo is yours for the length of your stay! If you need anything you may contact me directly and I will promptly answer any of you questions. Our building is still experiencing construction due to Hurricane Sally.  We are working to put things back together better than it was before! The Pool and hot tubs are NOW open and so is the Splash Pad!

The electric FIREPLACE was constructed with STACKED STONE and a beautiful CYPRESS mantle. It sets the mood in the living room and can be utilized throughout the year, with or without heat. We also rent a 2 bedroom condo on the 11th floor. Be sure to ask us about our multi unit discount for renting both units for larger groups.

Welcome to the “Best of Boat Worlds”!  Beaching and Boating, SeaSpray 802 has something for everyone! Vacation with us and bring your Boat, Kayak, Paddle boards and Jet Skis! Located directly on the Gulf. Boat slips are available for guests to use and it comes with boat and trailer parking as well. We manage our own Vacation Rentals and make sure they have everything that we like to have when on vacation.  Recently updated with High End Luxury finishes. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a custom tiled walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom offers 2 queen size beds and the guest bathroom has new granite countertops and a tub/shower combo with custom tile. There is a sofa bed in the living room so there’s room to sleep up to 8. The kitchen has top of the line stainless appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, crock pot, regular coffee maker and a Keurig. There is also a wine fridge and fully stocked bar area with cocktail glassware. We offer a variety of games for rainy days and even a guitar for the musicians! You won’t find another condo as well equipped and comfortable as this one!
