Our building is still experiencing construction due to Hurricane Sally. You may see contractors and hear construction noises on site. Our outdoor pool is closed but our indoor pool and hot tub is now open. We are working to put things back together better than it was before! There may be times when we will have to close both pools and hot tubs to complete some of the work they are doing. Our elevators are also undergoing modernization. We have 1 functioning elevator right now. This may cause longer wait times for the elevator ********
A LUXURY BEACH experience at Island Royale 1102 awaits you! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has been recently updated. The electric FIREPLACE was constructed with STACKED STONE and a beautiful CYPRESS mantle. It sets the mood in the living room and can be utilized throughout the year, with or without heat. There is also a COFFEE bar and a WINE bar, which will provide the perfect place to store your favorite selections. Parking fee $25 per parking space. Only 2 allowed.
The condo offers 2 MASTER SUITES, both bedrooms having direct access to en-suite bathrooms. The condo can sleep 6 comfortably with the new queen sleeper sofa. It also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The large private balcony is curved and offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable patio furnishings provide the perfect spot to wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise, or to catch the magnificent sunsets with a glass of wine in the evenings.

Pier 33, a Convenience store located across the street, is a great little store that provides all of the extra little things you may need or have forgotten at home. No crowds and no long lines.
Parking for 2 cars with Parking permits. Permits must be displayed on windshield and can be purchased for $25. There are also some covered parking spots that are first come first serve.
GULF SHORES is Alabama’s original beach town, Small town BIG BEACH. It has been a beloved spot for families to gather for many years. Enjoy the family fun entertainment, unique shopping, great food and especially the white sandy beaches and Emerald Waters!
The entire condo is yours for the length of your stay! Don't forget to check out the exercise room, steam room, and sauna on the 3rd floor!
We live in South Louisiana and my family and I have vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years because of it’s close proximity to our home. Island Royale is centrally located within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and many of the dining establishments, downtown festivals, and shopping. It's only minutes to the Gulf State Pier, the many amusement parks, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile.
Uber and Lyft is available in the area! No Busses unless you are going to the casino in Biloxi MS (day trips). You can take the ferry to get across Mobile Bay and visit nearby Dauphin Island. You can rent a bicycle from Island Outfitters located a couple blocks from our complex, or you can bring your own bike. Getting around on bikes is easy with bike lanes on the street and extra wide sidewalks. Lots of people walk to their destinations, or of course get there by automobile or Taxi service. Also close to airports in neighboring Mobile and Pensacola.
The cleaning Fee includes the following charges $25.00 for 1 parking pass $69 for Accidental Damage Protection up to $500.00. And $150.00 Cleaning and Linen Fee. 2 parking spaces are available with permits. Permits are $25 each and must be displayed on windshield while vehicles are parked on the premises. If you wish to purchase a 2nd parking permit, please notify us at least a week prior to arrival so we can make payment arrangements and have the additional parking permit waiting for you when you arrive. There are some covered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. There is parking on the first and second level.
About the OwnerMy name is Rebekah McGee, my husband Sean and I have been married for 19 years. We reside in New Iberia Louisiana (Cajun Country) with our 16 year old son Nicholas, and our 24 year old daughter Gabrielle who visits us often! She lives in New Orleans LA where she attends Law School at Loyola University. I own a Real Estate Brokerage and my husband Sean is a general contractor.
We also own several rent homes and recently purchased our first beach vacation rentals in Gulf Shores Alabama! We have always taken pride in our rent homes, going above and beyond making sure they are maintained and in pristine condition. We continue to offer the same level of quality and Southern hospitality to our guests at our beach homes!
When I was a little girl, I spent many years vacationing with my family at my Aunt’s beach condo. Such great memories were made there! There’s something about the beach that draws me in. The soft rhythm of the waves crashing... the warm feel of the sand between my toes. I can breathe better at the beach! I used to dream about owning a condo at the beach and waking up every day to the sound of the waves.
My husband Sean shares that same love of the beach. We finally decided to turn our dreams into a reality! We purchased our first Beach Vacation rentals in Gulf Shores Alabama!
Although we don’t live in Gulf Shores full time, we still get to enjoy our condos when they are not rented! We also get to share them with others and hear stories about their wonderful family vacations and the quality time they get to spend with their loved ones!
